Description:
Hot & Sour Taste Of Surti Papdi Whole, Papdi Lilva & Chopped Methi
Preparation:
1) Finely crush fresh Garlic.
2) Wash & Thaw frozen chopped Methi.
3) Wash frozen Surti Papdi Whole and Surti Papdi Lilva.

Cooking:
1) Heat 6 Tablespoon Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Crushed Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, and 0.5 Cup of Water.
3) Mix well and bring to bubbling boil.
4) Add Surti Papdi Whole, Surti Papdi Lilva, Salt and 1 cup of Water.
5) Cover & Cook for approx. 10 mins.
6) Add Chopped Methi & 0.5 cup of Water and Cover & Cook for approx 8 mins.
7) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and Amchur Powder.
8) Mix thoroughly and Cover & Cook for approx 6 mins.
9) TURN OFF FLAME. Add 1 Tablespoon Oil & Lemon Juice and mix well.

9) TURN OFF FLAME. Add 1 Tablespoon Oil & Lemon Juice and mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
