Fresh Garlic & Rogan Josh Paste In Guvar
Preparation:
1) Finely crush Green Chilies and Garlic.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in a non stick pan.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Crushed Green Chilies,Crushed Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Washed frozen Guvar, Salt and 0.5 Cup of Water.
3) Mix thoroughly and cover & cook for approx 10 mins.
4) Add Rogan Josh Paste and 0.25 Cup of Water.
5) Mix well and cover & cook for approx 2 mins., until oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Deep Sweet Lime Pickle and Deep Home Style Paratha.
