Peas & Carrot Cooked In Madras Curry
Preparation:
1) Finely Chop Onion, Tomato And Green Chilies.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in non stick pan.
2) Add Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Green Chilies, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & Cook for 2 mins.
4) Add Madras Curry Paste and stir well.
5) Add 0.25 Cup of Water and Washed Peas & Carrot.
6) Cover & Cook For 5 mins, until tender and require consistency.
7) Add Sugar and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Paratha
