Garlic Flavored Guvar With Ginger Slice
Preparation:
1) Finely cut Ginger into slices.
2) Finely chop Green Chilies & Cilantro.

Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in a Pan.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Sliced Ginger, Chopped Green Chilies, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, washed Guvar, Garlic Paste, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & cook for approx 12 mins., until tender.
4) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Chopped Cilantro, Sesame Seeds and mix thoroughly.
