Creamy Spread Of Corn Karnels And Spinach Greens Over Toasted Bread
(Healthy & Hearty Mixture Of Veggies On Toast)
Preparation:
1) Boil Potatoes & Corn Karnel saperately putting little salt.
2) Remove in strainer to drain excess water.
3) Finely chop Spring Onion, Tomatoes, Spinach and Green Chilies.

Cooking:
1) Mash boiled Potatoes.
2) Add Salt, 1 tsp.Red Chilli Crushed, Green Chilies, Amchur Powder, Black Pepper Powder and mix well.
3) Add Butter and mix gently & Keep aside.
4) Heat 1tblsp. Oil in non-stick pan.
5) Add chopped Tomato & Salt and mix well.
6) Add Spinach & Salt and stir on high flame to evaporate water.
7) Add Corn, 1 tsp.Red Chilli Crushed, Spring Onion and stir on high flame till water evaporates.
8) On slow flame add prepared Potato mixture.
9) Mix well till butter melts.
10) Add Cheese and mix well.
11) When Cheese starts melting remove from flame.
12) Mix well again and remove in a bowl.
13) Do not keep mixture in a hot pan.
14) Make toast of whole wheat bread slice and apply prepared spread generously.
